You have the flexibility to utilize all the benefits included in the bundle offer at any point throughout the duration of your membership.
Deleting the account results in your personal details (email, mobile number & name) being deleted from the platform.
Note: If you have an active Aeonic membership and you choose to delete your account, you will not be able to use the benefits.
Steps
iOS App:
- Go to My Profile > App Settings
- Click on Delete Account
On Android App/Website:
- Log in to Aeonic with your mobile number
- Go to the support page
- Enter the details and write 'Delete Account' in the Subject section and submit your details
Note:
- Account deletion will take 30 days.
- Once the account is deleted, you will not be able to recover it.
